Supervises all night audit functions and ensures accurate reporting of revenue for the hotel and retail areas. You will lead the night audit staff in providing exceptional guest service. Be on hand to provide basic guest services, checking guests in and out, delivery of room amenities when needed, and answering all guest inquiries. Understand all applicable emergency response procedures outlined in the Hotel Operator (PBX) operating manual. Supervise, schedule, and train all night audit staff. Ensures all room charges are accurately posted and ensures proper filing of all sales data. Our season typically runs from mid-May through early October.
1 year previous night audit, Front Desk or accounting experience
Must have a valid driver’s license
Good working knowledge of computers
Good communication skills
Previous supervisory experience
Visual One or other property management system experience
