We are currently seeking an Advertising Coordinator to assist the Marketing and Advertising department in driving sales revenue and brand recognition.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
Advertising Reporting & Budgeting - Prepares monthly summary budget reports and accounting audit reports. Provides quarterly TV posting assistance and maintains advertising budget. Prepares advertising campaign recap reports.
Television & Newspaper Audits and Administrative Support - Assists with print and media buys. Audits invoices. Provides ad buying software assistance and assists with traffic communication.
Ashley Advertising Production Management – Works with Ashley Corporate Designer to provide needed print advertising and promotional materials for campaigns. Follows up on Ashley communication and advertising opportunities. Works with national advertising to help develop quarterly plans.
General Advertising Support – Maintains advertising update and newspaper schedules. Assists with yellow pages. Handles traffic communication and support with email blasts.
General Graphics Support – Assists with proofing. Coordinates production and distribution of Ashley promotional materials.

Qualifications Required
Education – Bachelors Degree
Work Experience – Administrative experience; experience in advertising or related industry
