This position provides administrative support to Retail staff and assist in maximizing effectiveness and efficiency.
Answers, screens, and directs incoming calls. Responds to routine information requests.
Assure in-coming invoices are complete, accurate, coded and submitted in a timely and coherent fashion. Processes check requests.
Sorts and distributes incoming mail, prepares and tracks overnight deliveries
Makes travel arrangements and prepares expense reports.
Assists in development of reports and presentations, assist in organizing meetings.
Creates and formats documents such as correspondence, spreadsheets, memos from rough drafts, correcting grammar, punctuation or spelling as needed.
Creates Purchase Orders, Service Entries and Status Reports for vendor or contractor work.
Maintains office supply inventory.
Organizes and maintains hard-copy and electronic confidential files.
Maintains tracking system for inspection and audit findings.
Maintains records in accordance with record retention standards.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 3 years general clerical/administrative support required.
Proficiency in word processing, presentation and spreadsheet software packages.
