Senior Manager, Gaming Subscriptions, IEB XBox LIVE

We are searching for the Gaming Subscriptions lead for the Interactive Entertainment Business’ XBox LIVE organization. The XBox LIVE (“XBL”) team is responsible for driving our subscriptions business, which is core to our Business’ strategy and profitable growth. As the Senior Manager for Gaming Subscriptions, you will define and drive our long-term business and product strategy to expand our gaming subscription services. Today Xbox LIVE is a large, passionate community with tremendous engagement. We are working to delight, expand and engage this community even more, in ways that drive strategic growth over the short- and long-term. You will also work with our Entertainment, Engineering and Marketing teams to define and operate new gaming services, including the associated business strategy, plan, investments, offering, pricing and go-to-market. You will be accountable for new gaming services’ definition, launch and effectiveness. You will serve as a vital contributor to developing our overarching entertainment services’ monetization (including transactions and advertising), working together with those peer teams.
