Candidate must have some knowledge of the solar industry, especially the residential or commercial side. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide in-home consultation to prospective customers, assisting in the generation of system design and site plans. Take detailed measurements of proposed solar system sites. Follow-up post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction. Network pro-actively to generate business. Manage and develop a pipeline of contacts and opportunities within an assigned territory. Possess strong technical acumen. Drive revenue to achieve goals. Meet deadlines under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently. Create professional sales proposals. Thrive in quota-driven environment. Maintain necessary reporting metrics in Salesforce.com. Perform other duties as necessary to ensure sales production quota is achieved.
Minimum one year face-to-face Solar or related sales experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong presentation skills and can speak to home and business owners about the benefits of the company.
