Provide administrative support to execute the daily activities of the Data Quality Team to achieve department goals & objectives .
Essential Job Functions:
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with merchandising departments and stores.
Provide assistance in handling adverse situations, such as team member and customer disagreements, in a manner to effectively get the job completed.
Promote a strong team-building atmosphere.
Responsible for timely and accurate reporting and investigation for the team.
Create and maintain support for the intranet bulletin board.
Respond to requests from Regional Sales Planning and Data Integrity teams .

Minimum Position Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in retail, customer service/support, administrative support or information technology
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Highly motivated and self-starter
Customer service oriented
Excellent organizational skills
Detail oriented and accurate
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
Desired Previous Job Experience
Broad knowledge of Merchandising Departments and Systems
Proven conflict resolution skills
Prior experience in a supervisory role
Experience in Merchandising, Operations or Procurement
Familiarity with Kroger Category Management systems (KCMS, Price Reviewer, etc) and Business Objects
