Solutionreach is seeking Support Engineers to provide fanatical technical support for it°s growing suite of patient experience and engagement products. As a Support Engineer you will be the source of expert technical knowledge. You will provide tier 3 support to our internal customer service team. You must have an understanding of the technical aspects of software, and the ability to interface daily with software engineers, while at the same time communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.

You will delight team members with answers to questions and solve problems by translating problematic situations into bug reports and feature enhancement requests. What You°ll Do (among other things): Identify, triage, and verify bugs, and work with software engineers to provide fixes. Collaborate closely with developers, product managers and support engineers to correctly identify, prioritize and resolve issues. Enable our customer service team to better serve customers through the sharing of technical expertise and ad-hoc training.

Author and manage knowledge base articles to improve our self-help offering. Champion innovation by coming up with new and surprising ideas for our products and processes. Key Skills: Sound understanding of technical subjects Operating system knowledge (Linux and Windows) Familiarity with databases and demonstrated SQL experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Java and/or C# 1-2 years experience troubleshooting Java/J2EE (or similar) applications Experience with agile software development methodologies like XP and Scrum Preferred Experience: At least 2 years in a technical support or customer service role To Apply: Think you have got what it takes to be a Support Engineer?
