As a client service professional. You provide outstanding service when handling all client inquiries and interactions.
Provides first level product and service support for multiple system platforms to assigned Wholesale and CPA clients whose knowledge level ranges from no payroll experience to payroll expertise.
Answers questions and researches and resolves issues regarding payroll, accounting, tax filing, money-movement and other related ADP services in both an inbound and outbound call center environment.
Defines and resolves issues related to product feature and/or application capability and client product / application knowledge to ensure that the client is utilizing proper processing procedures
Manages Wholesale or CPA relationships to ensure client satisfaction for the firm and their clients. Recognizes and directs issues requiring 2nd level technical support.
Works effectively in the team support environment (service, operations, conversion, tax central, banking) to achieve total client satisfaction; strives to achieve the team and SBS goals for productivity and call management.
Experience, Skills, Academic:
Client Service experience required. Experience in a client service call center dealing with a complex product/system preferred.
Knowledge of basic accounting or payroll is preferred.
Bachelors in Accounting or Finance preferred
