1 FT opening for a Help Desk Technician, an entry-level position with certain on-the-job training provided. Candidates should have a working knowledge of Internet use, Microsoft Office software, simple computer terminology, and a basic knowledge of computer hardware. Primary duties and responsibilities include a answering end-user calls to the department, minor troubleshooting, and escalating complex issues to higher-level staff as needed. Organizational and clerical skills are also needed to process department paperwork. A consistent high-level of customer service is required.
