Tumblr is seeking a fluent speaker of Dutch who is also fluent in English and who would love helping bloggers from our Richmond, Virginia office. What you°ll do: Respond to tech support email from users in Dutch as well as in English. Help create and improve Tumblr°s responses to tech support emails. Help quickly identify and resolve new Tumblr support issues as they emerge.
What we°re looking for: Native Dutch speaker or person who has spent many years living in a country where this languages is spoken. We are looking for complete fluency in this language. Complete fluency in English. Strong knowledge of computers, the Internet, and social media, with a preference given to people with active Tumblr blogs and/or prior tech support experience.
Knowledge/fluency in Indonesian is a plus (but not required).
