Full Time Human Resources Administrative Assistant

This Administrative Assistant is a full time position that is responsible for providing clerical support where their Market Manager deems necessary. Primary functions will include processing payroll paperwork, tracking new hires through the application and hiring process, new hire orientation, maintain employee files, assist with employee relations and provide reporting. Candidates must have reliable transportation with the ability to work 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Compensation will be based on levels of education and experience. Rare weekends may be required.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be computer literate and able to function, utilizing Internet Explorer, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Must have the ability to function independently and with limited direction.
Must possess a strong eye for detail.
Previous Human Resources experience preferred.
