Job Skills/Requirements To insure customers receive friendly, accurate, and timely assistance.Receives and processes customer financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals,and loan payments; sells money orders and travelers checks to customers; transfers amounts from customer accounts as directed. Posts transactions to customer accounts and maintains customer records.
Balances cash drawer and daily transactions. Welcomes customer and provides routine information concerning services and directs customers to ap... Welcomes customer and provides routine information concerning services and directs customers to appropriate department for specific information and service. Cross sells bank services. Performs a variety of miscellaneous tasks including typing, filing, computer input and answering the telephone.
