Ground Floor. We need people that can demonstrate our web based software platform, train clients, answer phone calls and provide friendly reliable support. Our clients are small businesses as well as Fortune 500 companies. The position is a full time position based in our offices in New York, NY.

Our Client Service Professionals are responsible for direct communication (phone, email, chat, online forum) with clients with respect to: client relations, technical support for users of the Work Market website, and system adoption.
The Work Market website will evolve to meet client and business requirements. Anticipated growth rates are high for: new client sign-ups and work order volumes. System adoption to the degree that clients autonomously facilitate satisfactory initiation and completion of work orders is imperative.
Responsibilities:
Be a highly motivated team member with a strong commitment to team cohesion and cross-functional training with the inside sales/telemarketing team
CSR performance is based on: average open ticket duration, number of tickets closed, tickets opened per quantity of work orders, client satisfaction, and client retention (recharged retainers)
Client satisfaction is measured (quarterly) with targets set to 99% satisfaction level
Accountable for the daily activities assigned by the Client Services Director
Responsible for fulfilling their personal schedule, completing required training, responding positively to coaching and completing the goals and accomplishments sections of the performance review
Support the review of new Client sign-ups
Support the verification of Client information and credentials
Support the administration of the online forum
Support the development and delivery of training for clients and labor resources as necessary
Be conversant with the future direction of the Work Market website and how that direction will impact clients and the client services team, and how future and current systems can be exploited for the benefit of clients and the client services team
Open trouble tickets or call logs, update status, define and implement action plans, and resolve client/labor resource problems or questions
Recommend status changes of Clients: active, inactive, or deleted
Recommend status changes of registered forum members: active, inactive, or delete
Recommend changes to labor resource ratings based on a case-by-case review of the facts.

Benefits
Even though we are a startup, we do provide many benefits. Medical insurance is provided, covering approximately 80% of an individuals monthly payment. Family polices of all kinds are offered, but not subsidized by Work Market. The same is true for dental and vision coverage. All health insurance programs start on your first day of employment. Work Market also provides a 401k program. In addition, dinner is provided for those working late and every week we do Fried Chicken Friday, or Falefal Friday, and occasionally Pizza Friday.
