Position Summary

This position is designed to assist UA BookStores personnel to prepare for back to school rush in the fall. There will be more than one person hired for this position. Duties may vary and are consistent with a retail/sales operation.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Will assist with customer service in all aspects of position. *May be assigned to answer telephones. *At time may be assigned to work on sales floor assisting customers. *Preparation of sales floor such as Stocking and inventorying shelves will be assigned. *Cash register operations may be included in the some schedules. *Receiving duties will be part of some schedules.
Arizona Board of Regents Minimum Qualifications

Six months of experience in sales and stocking merchandise; OR, any equivalent combination of experience, training and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous BookStores experience is very beneficial to the position. *Previous cashiering experience is very important. *Experience with customer service techniques are important qualities for this position.
