Use your amazing understanding of people and processes to help create a successful, fun, welcoming place of business! We'll count on you to partner with the sales team to implement process and flow that creates a culture of teamwork, quality, ownership, and accountability on a day-to-day basis.

Process down payments, titles, and loan documents.

Be a go-to person in a pinch by being cross-trained in all areas of dealership operations, with a willingness to step in when needed.

Be flexible enough to organize and adapt daily work to changing situations and demands.

Requirements:
Keys to success.

Under Keys to Success replace the current list with the following:

Bachelor's Degree from a 4 year college.

1 year of professional experience.

Excellent communication skills (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.

Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel.

Professional telephone skill sets to include internal and external customers.

Valid Driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The Physical demands described within are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds independently; majority of lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels.

Must be able to carry and transport up to 25 pounds up to 60 feet.

Requires standing for extended period of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping, pushing and/or pulling.

Requires excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.

Requires sitting for extended periods of time. Must be able to type for extended periods of time.

Requires being able to hear and speak with customers in person or on the phone.
