Occupational Therapist needed at Kauai Care Center in Waimea, HI. Kauai Care Center, a 52-bed skilled nursing community situated in the Waimea area, has been a respected part of the community for more than a decade. Kauai Care Center provides an elegant, plantation style home located in scenic Waimea. Lush gardens surround the building providing an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere that our residents enjoy daily.
Assist patients in reaching their maximum level of performance, provide a plan of care to meet patient's goals and needs. Perform evaluations and assessments, administer treatments and screenings, and document services. Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
