Under the supervision of the Director of Guest Services, performs customer reception duties and is responsible for providing a point of contact for walk in traffic, incoming telephone calls and supporting the highest level of customer service for patients, staff and visitors. Promotes positive public relations both in person and on the telephone.
1. Posses effective oral and written communication skills.
2. Ability to interact and communicate with people over the telephone and/or in person
3. Possesses effective interpersonal relationship skills
4. Knowledge of English grammar, punctuation and spelling
A. Work Experience:
One year receptionist and/or general office experience, preferably in a medical setting
C. Education and Training:
High school Graduate or equivalent
