Under close supervision, assists in recruiting and sourcing candidates to fill those needs and successfully represent ANTHC at the tribal, local, statewide and nationwide level.
Assists in placing of position vacancy announcements with recruitment sources such as journals, newspapers, inter/intranet web sites colleges/universities, etc.
Networks and makes representations to colleges and universities for recruitment purposes.
Responds to e-mail, standard mail, phone calls and other inquiries. Makes follow up calls to candidates.
Interviews and collects data from incoming calls and records information into database. Gives collected phone data to interested tribal/federal sites.
Creates and gathers recruitment materials and letters pertinent to profession. Assures that appropriate discipline specific information is sent to the individuals calling.
Tracks and maintains data on trends in recruitment/retention for specific professions.
Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
- Responsible to recruit for Pharmacists, Dentists and Behavioral Health Clinicians for Statewide ANTHC Tribal Partners
- Prepare and submit to management quarterly vacancy.
- Assist Tribal Partners with Indian Health Service Loan Repayment Program.
- Assist Tribal Partners with the SHARP Program
- Assist Tribal Partners with the NHSC Loan Repayment Program
- Search online to seek qualified candidates
- Communicate with Tribal sites in regards to professional recruitment for all Tribal partners.
- Assist with Travel
- Prepare Travel for conferences
- Assist with other dues as assigned.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Marketing or related field. Progressively responsible professional/exempt work experience may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for college education.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
Non-supervisory – No experience is required. This is an entry level professional position.
According to the needs of the organization, some incumbents in this job class may be required to obtain additional certification. Travel to remote locations is required.
