Zynga is looking for a Corporate Development Director to join our growing team! The Corporate Development Director will play a key role in researching and analyzing industry trends, evaluating business and M&A opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting our post-merger integration activities. This position will interface closely with our Strategy, the studios and Legal.

Responsibilities:
Continuously monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to help identify new business and gaming opportunities
Evaluate business and corporate development deals performing a broad range of qualitative and quantitative analyses
Lead the deal process from due diligence all the way through post-merger integration
Coordinate all relevant groups at Zynga (Corporate Development, Business Development, Strategic Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Stats, Finance, Studios, Legal)
Develop presentation materials to provide recommendations to the executive team
Develop intelligence on the social gaming industry by playing current games, gathering and analyzing relevant industry news and reports, and building and maintaining a network of industry insiders
Required Skills:
Proven track record in executing deals
At least 12 years of experience in corporate development, management consulting, venture capital, private equity and/or investment banking
Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
Hands-on deal leadership experience
Experience working in or with the online game, media or internet services industry is a plus
Effective communication skills in presenting recommendations to senior management
Ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure
Undergraduate degree from a leading academic institution, MBA preferred
