Job description - Tasks and responsibilities
  • Drafting and proofreading invoices through Microsoft Word
  • Generate final invoices for mailing/e-mailing
  • Client reminder notices
  • Mail distribution
  • Filing and file cabinet maintenance
  • Maintain client address database
  • Key, distribute, mail, and file accounts payable weekly batch
  • Form request fulfillment
  • Receptionist/front desk back-up
  • Assist HR with recruiting administration
  • Timesheet calculations
  • Back-up office/facilities assistant
  • Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:45 PM
  • 37.5 hour work week
  • Starting salary: $32,000 annually
Experience and skills requirements
  • Advanced proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
  • 3-5 years general office experience
  • Accounting background preferred, but not required
  • Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Positive work ethic and team player attitude
  • High energy and polite demeanor
  • Jack of all administrative trades
  • Business professional appearance
Education
  • Associate's degree or some college preferred
