Assists and provides support to management on all Core Distribution functions related to customer systems, processes, procedures, specific requirements, delivery ratings, and other related projects within the department. Attends and represents department at internal and external customer meetings. Collects, organizes, and disseminates customer specific information, delivery ratings, and alert bulletins for multiple distribution facilities and customers. Represents department during transfers of customer business from one facility to another or material returned to an affiliate for repair. Coordinates and provides on-site/off-site support and training for all Distribution Centers.

• Interacts daily with external / internal customers
• Provides on-site/off-site support for Distribution Centers as required
• Collects delivery rating dispute information from all Distribution Centers
• Coordinates material transfers
• Coordinates material return to affiliates for repair
• Develops and writes new processes
• Promotes and performs process improvements
• Writes work instructions
• Maintains project plans
• Plans, coordinates and provides training to all levels of associates
• Provides mentoring as necessary
• Guides teams as necessary
• Performs facility audits
• Compiles data to create reports for management and executives
• Generates and analyzes metrics
• Prepares and delivers presentations to management and executives
• Coordinates, attends and documents internal and external customer meetings
• Operates various types of material handling equipment
• Assists management in meeting corporate and departmental goals and objectives
• Supports corporate policies and departmental policies
• Supports EMS/QMS policies and procedures
• Supports health and safety policies
• Associate must be able to relate to other people beyond giving and receiving instructions

Degree Requirements: Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Certification Requirements: Forklift Certified
Previous Experience: Two to four years in warehouse, systems, parts control or material planning environment
Travel Requirements: As Required
On Call Requirements: 24/7
Physical Requirements: Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
