In this role you will support the execution of Retirement Investment Solutions strategy across five regional phone centers within Personal Investing (PI). To achieve this objective, you will partner with multiple teams within Headquarters, located in Smithfield, RI and Regional Center leadership, to include the Rollover Strategy Team, National Operations, Training, Desktop and the Retirement Investment Solutions Leaders. You will support and/or lead initiatives including service model enhancements, training, technology, reporting enhancements. This role will support the business planning, execution and administration of the Retirement Investment Solutions (RIS) team against the rollover strategy.
      Key responsibilities:
      • Partner with the Service Delivery Consultants (SDC's), CE Analysts and field leaders to ensure achievement of business goals with a focus on customer experience, plan sponsor needs and rollover resules while driving plan service excellence and plan expertise
      • Analyze results; sales, lead, volume and participant experience results to understand trends, successes and challenges
      • Responsible for coordination and communication of RIS team including weekly call agenda and facilitation, tracking completion against the business plan and functional work complete
      • Drive and manage specific initiatives and program launches to ensure a successful execution is achieved
      • Influence and support technology/ desktop requirements, e.g. Prelude, dual desktop environments
      • Provide project management and implementation support for headquarters drivin initiatives
      • Leverage knowledge of trends to work with HQ and field team to identify plans for continued success in Retirement Investments Solutions
      • Act as a customer and field advocate by identifying opportunities and influencing changes working with HQ and Workplace Investments (WI) partners
      • Partner with Learning & Development and functional leads of training and associate development programs to align programs to changes in strategy or participant/plan needs
      • Champion improvements to meet participant needs and achieve business goals

      Education and Experience
      • 7+ years of financial services experience
      • 5+ years of field sales or project mangemant
      • Previous experience within phone center operations or investor center is preferred
      • FINRA Series 7 license is preferred
      • Bachelors degree is highly preferred
