We are looking for experienced Project Managers to join our growing U.S. operation. The position will encompass a wide variety of tasks including:

Taking responsibility for delivering high quality customized software solutions

Being involved in pre-sale interactions, proposal preparation and estimation

Providing expert consulting services to organizations implementing large scale “customer engagement” solutions

Supporting the growth and expansion of our business.

To be successful in this role you will have:
Vendor-side project management experience implementing enterprise software utilizing an iterative methodology like Agile

Strong project management skills

Excellent communications skills.

Highly desirable:
Previous experience with Adobe LiveCycle (BPM) or enterprise level web based solutions

Experience managing the implementation of software as a vendor in the financial services industry or federal government.

Specific job responsibilities:
Plan, schedule and track project timelines, budget and milestones using appropriate tools and best practices

Deliver projects to time, scope and quality objectives by identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path deliverables

Work to tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks with effective prioritization

Convey information with strong verbal and written communication skills to both business and IT teams

Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues and devise contingency plans by recommending any subsequent changes

Conduct project post implementation reviews and create recommendation reports to identify successful/unsuccessful project elements

Work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Demonstrate experience in leading software development and deployment activities including taking lead accountability for deliverables

Organize and lead requirements, scoping and design workshops

Solve complex technical problems with an analytical approach

Work with enterprise level application environments and products

Develop strong relationships to build stakeholder confidence backed by delivering commercial business solutions

Translate detailed requirements for complex technical matters while interfacing with key stakeholders possessing varying levels of technical knowledge

Display a passion for deploying software solutions to deliver tangible business process improvement

Personal Competencies:
Vendor-side project management experience implementing enterprise software utilizing an iterative methodology like Agile (absolutely required)

5-10+ years software industry experience

5 years minimum experience in a Project Manager capacity

Hands on experience deploying Adobe LiveCycle is a plus

5 -10+ years software industry experience

Enjoy interfacing directly with clients

Deployment experience with:
Web application experience including HTML/Javascript/JSP

Workflow systems and/or PDF forms-based systems

Rich client applications using Flash

J2SE, J2EE and third party APIs

XML including XSLT, XSD, DOM, WebServices, etc.

Hands on experience deploying Adobe LiveCycle is a plus

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is a plus

Must be willing to do some travel, 10-25%

Bachelor degree in computer science, math, engineering or related field

MBA or Master degree in CS or CIS a plus

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Excellent problem solving skills

Strong interpersonal skills
