Assist and provide technical assistance and expertise on production related issues in the Bakken area. Possess excellent safety skills and assist in HES improvement efforts in the assigned area. Comply with established production operation standards and coordinate data acquisition for Production Engineers, Facility Engineers, Operations Manager and Production Superintendent.
Support field personnel in managing the production data. Work with operators to ensure production integrity.
Coordinate with operators and pertinent personnel to record and analyze production daily production data into TOW database. Prepare daily production report and provide variance explanations.
Generate production graphs and analyze production trends using TOW, Excel and Access.
Support data management and technical evaluation efforts of the team. Recommend new approaches to streamline team’s data management.
Monitor and report First Oil/First Gas twice per month.
Assist Engineering and Production staff with well and facility files.
Assist with the resolution of field ticket issues.
Assist with compiling and distributing monthly production reports.
Work technical issues with the various multi discipline teams in North Dakota and Houston.
Assist in the coordination and facilitation of safety meetings, Tier I & II Audits, production record keeping, Custody Transfer Seal records, and maintenance and record keeping utilizing the COGZ database.
Assist field operators with eVin, TOW and computer issues.
Assist field operators with eVin/ TOW training.
Reconcile Marathon salt water disposal monthly tickets for invoicing purposes.
Assist with entering hourly employee timesheet information into SAP payroll.
Coordinate KMS with the engineering staff.
Maintain the PSSR database.
Perform significant leadership and participate in the FORC program and HES improvement efforts.

Computer Proficiencies: Microsoft Office products, SAP, Management of Change system, COGZ.
Work Experience: Experience with oilfield production databases and network communication will be helpful. Previous experience in production operations preferred.
