Promotes product sales through team of partner resellers. Builds and maintains relationship with partners. Reports to the Channel Sales Director.
Monitor partners’ performance to objectives and provide guidance/coaching as necessary.
Create awareness for company products amongst assigned team of resellers.
Assist resellers with product positioning and pricing/quoting issues.
Perform monthly forecast, manage pipeline, and drive sales revenue plans to meet goals.
Assess needs of partner sales team and conduct product and sales training as needed.
Build and maintain positive relationship with channel partners.
Maintain knowledge in product, marketplace, and current business issues, and disseminate appropriate knowledge to selling partners.
Provide feedback from selling partners to internal cross-functional teams with regard to product selling issues.
May participate in partner sales calls.
Coordinate training, consulting and joint development activities with partners.
Interacts with sales, marketing and partners.
Operates under moderate supervision.
Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
Education, Experience & Training required:
BA/BS or equivalent experience
2+ years related experience
Excellent communication skills, focusing on persuasion and presentation skills
Experience in channel sales preferred
Ability to pass a background check
