Zynga is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to be responsible for creating, editing, and delivering highly creative copy for corporate communication-related materials within scheduled deadlines. The role will serve as a content creator for both internal and external functions including the company’s corporate blog, Facebook, and Twitter accounts, press releases, executive emails, speeches, and presentations. Candidate must maintain the consistency of written copy across these Zynga channels and is responsible for generating and editing copy to meet the established voice, tone, and style requirements of the brand. Candidates must have outstanding writing and editing skills, as well as sound working knowledge of current web content development practices. Excellent verbal skills are also a must.

Responsibilities:
Work closely with managers to create copy (press releases, blog posts, pitches, speeches, internal staff emails, and presentations) that conveys strong messages with consistent with Zynga’s brand.
Provide editorial review of all self-written and department-generated copy for grammatical correctness, accuracy, completeness, and effectiveness
Manage presence in social networking sites including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Quora, and similar community sites, posting on relevant blogs, and seeding content into social applications as needed
Ensure consistency and accuracy of messaging and adherence to established corporate and departmental standards
Evolve and maintain the voice of the company, both internally and externally
Required Skills:
4+ years experience in PR, journalism or a related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in dealing with internal and external parties
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to successfully self-manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Excellent attention to detail and quality
High personal productivity with demonstrated follow-up ability
Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format, and build and maintain relationships
Knowledge of blogging ecosystem relevant to the Company’s field
Experience managing social media accounts – community management, customer service, and social media strategy
Capacity to interact with executives with confidence, and provide advice on their communications that reflect an understanding of their business and leadership style
Humor, wit, and knowledge of pop culture
