This position does not have a required location but does require that the candidate be already skilled in our industry. Experience or training on any of the following equipment is required for this position: Bunn, Bunn-O-Matic, Wilbur Curtis, coffee or tea brewers, espresso machines or grinders, Franke, Mastrena, Verismo, HVACR, ice machines, soda fountains, etc.

Technician Support Role
Hours: Monday - Friday: 10AM - 4PM CST (4-8PM CST on call, rotating weekends on call)
Location: Can work remotely from anywhere with a strong internet connection and good phone service

Duties providing technical support, as well as other remote support to a team of field technicians. Must have experience either as a field service technician in our industry for at least 2 years and/or a technical support position in the industry. Requires great communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to follow protocol. Must be able to periodically travel (expenses paid by company), perform service events and trainings if necessary.
