The Inside Sales (Demand Generation) Representative will prospect and qualify new business opportunities by identifying business goals and critical issues. They will be the first step in the process to present Conductor to Senior Executives at prospective client companies. If you are goal-oriented, resilient sales professional, look no further. Develop business opportunities for Conductor’s field sales team, as a part of Conductors’ Market development team.
Communicate Conductor’s value proposition to senior executives at prospective client companies.
Build rapport with executives at prospective client companies through discussion of sales, business, and technology issues.
Present Conductor’s value proposition clearly and confidently by voice, email, and in person presentations.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create lead generation best practices and optimize processes.
Over 6-months of experience in a lead generation or market development role.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Confident, compelling presentation style.
Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation and initiative.
Ability to understand the value proposition of complex solutions.
Familiarity with common office software, comfort with learning new software is required.
Familiarity with CRM software (especially salesforce.com) is required
College or University degree is required.
Familiarity with Web 2.0 tools (Jigsaw, Linkedin, Twitter) is an advantage
