Job Description

Sells services and products by telephone on behalf of clients to achieve client goals and in a manner directed by supervisor or manager.

Essential Job Functions:
Sell services and products to achieve client goals; includes utilizing effective sales presentations, maintaining product knowledge, and meeting availability expectations. Create a positive relationship for client in all customer contacts. Contribute to the success of the sales team by maintaining a positive, cooperative attitude and working harmoniously with the team and supervisor. Meet company's expectations regarding attendance and punctuality. Adhere to company's policies as outlined in employee policy manual. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred. Excellent verbal skills. High energy level; self confidence; positive attitude. Eager to learn; flexibility and adaptability to change. Highly accurate; good with details. Previous sales or customer service experience desirable. Highly dependable. Excellent computer & typing skills

Schedule: M-F 9:30- 7 or M-T 10:30-8/F10:30-4
