Position Overview

The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for providing a high-level of customer service representing Zones to guests, vendors, and team members. This person will also provide administrative assistance for the Human Resources department. This is a high visibility role in a fast paced office – must have exceptional time management skills and technical aptitude. The Front Desk Coordinator will work heavily in MS Office – must be able to perform advanced functions in Excel, Word, and use Outlook on a daily basis for calendar management, scheduling resources, and maintaining email inboxes. Key Responsibilities

Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone (multi-line); answering or referring inquiries.

Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.

Maintain neat and orderly front desk and lobby area

Provide administration assistance to the Human Resources & Recruiting teams by assisting with special projects and tasks

Maintain databases including 911, call accounting and emergency telephone number databases and team member and automobile databases

Update internal database for new hires and team member changes

Maintain and administer the team member community benefits

We are seeking candidates with the following:
AA degree preferred

1 year minimum receptionist experience required

Intermediate knowledge required in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Must also be familiar with Powerpoint

Minimum 6 months multi line-phone system experience

Experience with mail merge required

Ability to work effectively within a team environment and regularly multi-task time sensitive projects

Excellent customer service skills

Attention to detail required

Ability to work with little or no supervision, w/an excellent attendance record
