Big Sky is seeking a junior advisor to join its team of experienced professionals. If you are the right candidate, you will be highly energetic, possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and be passionate about solving a wide variety of organizational problems. This particular role requires 0-4 years of professional experience in a highly quantitative problem solving role. At Big Sky, you will have the following specific duties and responsibilities, on which you will be measured and evaluated quarterly: Complete specific tasks that advance Big Sky ’s strict values system. Big Sky ’s values may be found here: http://bigskyassociates.com/about/values/ Complete specific, measurable tasks that directly contribute to billable client engagements, including: Lead and / or participate in a variety of problem solving methodologies including business process mapping and measurement, portfolio analysis and review, and primary and secondary research Plan and execute both quantitative and qualitative analyses using quantitative and statistical assessment tools such as Excel, Minitab, SPSS, etc. Design and build easy to use data visualizations, primarily in MS Excel Persuade clients and prospects into taking action based on a clear base of evidence and data Complete specific, measurable tasks that directly or indirectly contribute to sales and the growth of Big Sky: Demonstrate the willingness and courage to seek opportunities for Big Sky to help your client in new ways, or to find new clients that need our help Leverage your business, personal, and other networks to identify qualified business referrals Contribute to corporate development (white papers, social media, blog, thought leadership, marketing materials, internal processes, etc) and business development activities across the firm A junior advisor must also demonstrate the following characteristics and abilities: An ability to develop rapport and trust quickly with a wide variety of clients and peers Outstanding verbal and written communication skills A self-starting, resourceful, ambitious, and independent work style Assurance in his / her abilities and the ability to command confidence from others The courage to have tough conversations with clients, peers and client prospects The courage to offer current clients new work, and prospective clients new work After applying, you will receive an email directing you to an excel assessment which is required to be considered for this position.
