Under the direction of the Director of Human Resources, responsible for generalist activities in the Human Resources Department, including recruitment, employee relations, employee orientation and on-boarding, benefits and compensation administration, human resources policy development and human resources compliance. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of human resources experience, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits, compensation and/or human resources compliance. Minimum of 2 years of experience interviewing and selecting candidates. Minimum of 2 years experience with a human resources information system (HRIS). Internet recruiting and healthcare experience preferred. Minimum Qualifications
