I would like to approach as many Israeli attorneys working in the US as I can find. There is a published list of 1000AMLaw (the 1000 largest law firms in the US). Law firms have a separate website with a search engine for attorneys in the firm. Search can include languages spoken, schools attended or keyword search.
These are three ways to find Israeli attorneys. I would like someone to start off with the top 100 firms and possibly continue to include all 1000 firms and build a database of these attorneys.
