  • Coordinate, track and maintain target mail and email marketing campaigns/projects for agents.
  • Coordinate production of customized flyers, posters, and brochures with home office.
  • Provide coordination, support, or assistance to sales management for regional projects.
  • Provide back up and support to the other areas within the Marketing and Operations Department.
  • Provide support in data entry of agent reassignments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements

  • Strong computer skills required
  • Must be proficient with MS office suite and PhotoShop
  • Three to five years office experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated administrative and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Self-starter, must be able to follow through on projects
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Pension Plan or Financial Industry (stocks, finance and/or insurance) experience preferred
