- Coordinate, track and maintain target mail and email marketing campaigns/projects for agents.
- Coordinate production of customized flyers, posters, and brochures with home office.
- Provide coordination, support, or assistance to sales management for regional projects.
- Provide back up and support to the other areas within the Marketing and Operations Department.
- Provide support in data entry of agent reassignments.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Strong computer skills required
- Must be proficient with MS office suite and PhotoShop
- Three to five years office experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated administrative and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Self-starter, must be able to follow through on projects
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Pension Plan or Financial Industry (stocks, finance and/or insurance) experience preferred
