As General Manager, you will closely with the leadership of a non-system affiliated healthcare provider in Grand Forks, North Dakota who has decided to partner with Sodexo for three distinct, inter-related reasons:

  • Meeting financial commitments
You will play a critical role in managing the implementation of Sodexo's branded At Your Request--Room Service Dining program and Fresh Inspirations overhauling the functionality and appearance of two locations. Your success will be measured by your ability to implement these programs successfully enabling this account to run profitably and meet the client’s expectations.

You will be supported by a skilled management team who will provide you the opportunity to develop your leadership and technical skills for future career growth.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of Sodexo programs and system as well as the ability to implement new programs efficiently, has strong project management skills, financial acumen and is flexible. Preferred experience includes implementation of AYR, Fresh Inspirations and other healthcare programs.

Position Summary:

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree
Basic Management Experience - 3 years
Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
