DaVita is currently seeking a People Services (Human Resources) Director based out of Deland, FL to strategically align DaVita Laboratory HR strategies and organizational objectives to achieve strong business results.

With more than a decade of servicing both large dialysis organizations and small physician-owned dialysis centers, DaVita Laboratory Services SM provides a highly efficient combination of customized services, systems such as Falcon Lab TM and support for more than 110,000 kidney patients nationwide. The DaVita Laboratory Services clinical laboratory team is led by experienced scientists and pathologists and receives formal guidance from the top nephrologists in the industry.

More specifically, we are looking for a:
Leader - Partner with the labs Sr. Leadership team to drive strategic business results incorporating world-class HR organizational strategies. Successfully communicate the impact of these strategies on the business operation
Strategic Planner - Develop short term and long-range plans to drive operational success within the DaVita Labs senior management team
Talent Manager - Analyze, develop and direct the rollout of HR programs and initiatives designed to attract, retain, develop and engage teammates.
Performance Manager and Coach : Coach Laboratory leaders to hold teammates at all levels accountable to reaching and exceeding objectives in addition to driving best in class people practices and human talent deployment.
Builder - Actively direct and guide the HR team and build a top quality HR function.
Our ideal candidate will have:
10 years of human resources and/or operations experience with an emphasis in business process, engagement activities, teammate relations, coaching, and leadership development with at least 5 years in a leadership level role
Business skills that meet or exceed their "HR" skills
Expertise in performance management/employee relations, operational training, talent management, recruitment, compensation design, succession planning and more
Demonstrated effective leadership in a high growth environment - must have served as a strategic business partner to senior management
Ability to develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization and drive results
Professional presence, persuasion and presentation skills
Proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, a "gets stuff done" person
