Reports To: Manager, Customer Service - Denver

Enhance the quality of service to our customers requiring assistance. Accommodate customer’s requests for electric cart or wheelchair, transfer and escort unaccompanied minors and special needs customers.

Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Must wear designated Frontier uniform while on duty.

Board and deplane challenged customers in wheelchairs and aisle chairs.

Transfer or escort unaccompanied minors and challenged customers: security, concourse, bag claim, restroom, ticket counter

Maintain equipment in a clean, functional manner

Replenish headset supply

Assist Customer Service Agents as needed

Audit boarding cards

Tag bags and assist with gate checks

Help with lost and found

Assist Ticket Counter Agents move heavy bags and equipment to outside oversized belt.

Transfer bags with firearms and pets to / from CTX

Assist Customer Service Agents as needed.

Assist customers at baggage claim carousel and escort to curbside as needed

Assist with other above-wing duties as assigned.

No subordinate responsibilities

Requirements

Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED is required

Candidate must have and maintain a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record that will pass the criteria set by our insurance carrier for on the job coverage.

Prior Customer Service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to show empathy, be patient, maintain confidentiality, show compassion, work with a sense of urgency

Ability to work with little or no supervision

Ability to work in a team environment in a professional, courteous manner

Required to qualify for and maintain a current US Customs seal and SIDA Badge

Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Required to attend training classes on any shift with advance notice

Required to maintain average minimum work schedule of 13 hours per week or 676 hours annually

Ability to access and read company e-mail and bulletins

Good communication and customer service skills

Must be in good physical health

Required to stand or walk continuously for duration of shift

Equipment use includes: electric cart, baggage cart, wheelchair, aisle chair, baggage carousel, oversize luggage belt, hand-held radio.

Work frequently in a temperature-controlled indoor environment and occasionally in an outside environment subject to weather and extreme temperatures.

Position requires strenuous physical work involving people or objects up to 100 pounds frequently, 150 pounds occasionally, and 400 pounds seldomly.
