The Territory Manager is a critical interface with our top Lodging customers within a local region. They will be providing both sales (75%) and service (25%) to maintain the high standards that our customers expect.

We are seeking people with a passion for results, the drive to succeed in a competitive environment, hands on mechanical ability and well-developed communication skills.

Also important:
Demonstrated ability to sell and implement value propositions (solutions) to customers in the Lodging industry
Ability to work in a team setting and collaborate to meet customer's needs
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to capture and relate ideas linked to possible future customer needs.
Good computer skills
Demonstrated mechanical ability
Degree preferred
