LightSpeed is seeking a highly organized and energetic Apple Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate is self- motivated, possesses exceptional organizational, phone, and people skills, and cares about the details. Responsible for managing LightSpeed ’s relationship with Apple, the Apple Relationship Manager will work with a variety of contacts at Apple to drive projects and strategic initiatives. If you are self-directed and enjoy managing critical business relationships, this may be the position for you.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationshps within Apple; work to exand LightSpeed ’s profile
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute LightSpeed events at Apple Retail locations worldwide
  • Act as a liaison between Apple and LightSpeed ’s salesforce - ensure everyone gets what they need, when they need it
  • Work with LightSpeed ’s Training department to create and deliver training materials for Apple
  • Manage super awesome special projects
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as defined by management

  • 2+ years of experience managing business relationships (people come to you to get things done)
  • Comfortable managing all types of business relationships (senior to junior, you believe everyone is important)
  • 2+ years of experience planning killer events
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Energy and charisma
  • Great attention to detail with strong follow-through (you can keep all the balls in the air and you never drop them)
  • Perfect written and spoken English
  • Deep knowledge of Apple products (you had one of the first iMacs and you sleep with your iPhone under your pillow)

  • Knowledge of Mac OS X
  • Retail experience
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Passion for people and technology
  • Fluency in French
