• Direct training of branch and MGA personnel on Insurance operations and procedures
• Assist in the training and answering any questions of the branch and MGA personnel on all Insurance systems. (ie: Subscribe, Duck Creek, IMS, APT, Documentum, Docucorp, Procede, Bordereau Feeds, Oden, ISONET, Sage, Other Underwriting tools)

Quality Assurance / Compliance/Reporting
• Develop operational and procedural documentation for field personnel.
• Assist in performing the Sarbanes Quarterly Audit.
• Assist the Underwriting Compliance Department in any Insurance Audits - concentrating on the Operational/Procedures/Processing issues.
• Assist in completing Monthly and yearly Data Calls for all companies.
• Assist in completing Quarterly ISO Stat Reporting.
• Assist in completing Special Data Calls.
• Assist in resolving any financial reconciliation issues in cooperation with the Finance Team involving premiums, claims and/or reinsurance.
• Coordinating the management of existing and new forms / manuals with the Compliance Department to ensure conformity.
• Assist in identifying issues by monitoring operation metrics (time to quote, issue, etc).
• Assist in refining processes and procedures in a manner which improves TA effectiveness and efficiency.

Systems Change Control Monitoring and Management
• Assist in managing, developing and monitoring any new system applications for the Insurance Company.
• Assist in creating Change Requests for any Insurance systems. Work closely with Insurance IT Business Analyst in analyzing, documenting, and prioritizing the requested changes from the business.
• Approve application testing of Change Requests before being deployed to production.
• Work with the Insurance IT Business Analyst in planning and conducting any User Acceptance Testing as well as planning and managing deployment of any systems or new phases/releases of existing systems.
• Create systems manuals or system change documentation.


• Strong knowledge of the following:
o Admitted and Surplus Lines Rules and Regulations
o Primary and Excess lines rating, coding and policy issuance
o Lines of Business: Property, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Hospital Professional Liability, Management Liability and Professional Lines.
• 5+ years’ experience in property/casualty insurance
