We are currently interviewing for a GENERAL MANAGER position for a high volume, fast paced, casual dining establishment. This is a direct hire GM opportunity and we are looking for someone with extensive experience in managing a unit of a national chain. We are seeking someone with proven performance in building brand recognition in the community, mentoring and leading a large team and growing sales. The ideal candidate will enjoy being out on the floor greeting and talking with customers, while you also oversee all financials and cost controls.

: Must have a minimum of 3 CURRENT years of experience working as a General Manager of a high volume casual dining concept
: Must exhibit good tenure at prior employers (please explain any extended gaps over 2 months)
