This position will provide support to R&R Project Managers for the administration of contracts and agreements; implementation of projects, as well as provide support across the division in new business development, proposal development, and internal IDSG/Engility planning activities. The Program Associate will also execute miscellaneous division-level support (helping Division Management with Engility requests, setting up meetings, processing expense claims, etc.) The performance of these duties and responsibilities will require regular cooperation and coordination with the business departments of Engility (Accounting, Administration, Human Resources, Contracts, Business Development, and Information Technology).
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain project tracking systems to monitor project spending against contract budget and funds obligated and provide Project Manager with timely reports for project planning and decision-making
Supports project start-up and close-out activities in coordination with technical and business Divisions of IDSG/Engility
Proposal and New Business Support:
Act as point person for communications between IDSG/Engility and subcontractors during proposal preparation
Essential Skills and Experience:
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Prior Work Experience: Minimum of 3Years of Administrative experience, including at least 1 year of experience with USAID projects
Software Experience: Microsoft Office and Outlook
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Include standing, walking, sitting (occasionally for long periods), occasional international travel
