Clinic & Hospital’s Family Practice in Hawaii Kai.

Straub is a complete health care system, which means
the primary care physicians, specialist physicians, clinics and
hospital staff are all part of the same organization. Straub cares
for and comforts patients throughout the state at both the hospital
and clinic locations. Straub offers a network of neighborhood
clinics on Oahu, Lanai, and visiting specialists on the Big Island as

well as the services of nearly 200 physician specialists.

The LPN - Clinic assists the physician in providing
care to patients of all ages in accordance with standards of practice

appropriate to the training and abilities of an LPN.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

: Current Hawai’i LPN
license.
Current BLS/HCP card.

Preferred:
One year experience in area of specialty or successful

completion of area specific training program. Knowledge of CPT
/ ICD-9 Coding. Experience with online medical software
systems.
