Job Description:
Manager Regulatory Affairs Advertising Promotions
My Client, a global mufti-billion dollar bio
pharmaceutical company currently has over 70 innovative
medicines in Phases II and III of development. Their
successful FDA approval in 2012 has put them in a
position for continued growth! They are currently
seeking a qualified Manager Regulatory Affairs,
Advertising and Promotions to join their dedicated and
hardworking team.
  • Provide strategic and operational support primarily
in commercial regulatory affairs ad/promo for US
marketed products
  • Represent senior Regulatory Affairs Advertising and
Promotions employees at Promotional Review Committee
  • Work with cross functional teams from Marketing,
Medical Affairs, and Legal
  • Responsibilities include characterizing the
commercial regulatory perspective and rationale at
regulatory project team meetings and brand team
meetings, and,
  • Provide training to cross-functional partners as
  • Stay up to date on current ad/promo industry
changes, interpret new guidance’s, evaluate
processes for review and approval of promotional
activities and materials, and review FDA letters.
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategy and assist
senior personnel in managing multifaceted
negotiations with Regulatory Authorities

Job Requirements:
Knowledge and Skills
  • Minimum BA/BS degree in a scientific discipline,
advance degree is preferred
  • Proven exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Proven working knowledge of regulatory requirements
associated with advertising and promotion
  • Proven success negotiating with Regulatory
  • Successfully communicated changes in regulations,
policies, and enforcement that may impact the
Company’s promotions activities
