Energizer is entering into aftermarket power solutions for portable electronic
devices. This requires the development of a full range of products that power or
recharge critical portable electronic devices. The ultimate goal is to create a
category and manage that category at shelf while building our brand equity and
innovation measures with consumers and customers.

The role of a Global Brand Leader for the Specialty Power GBU is to support the
business/market development of portable power solutions and lead the global
brand development for the consumer strategy. Additionally, this role will work
with the Portable Power team to launch products globally.

• Develop the commercial/go to market plan which will need to incorporate
multiple geographic areas and countries in order to deliver a consumer
marketable product
• Global lead for Portable Power portfolio of products for Europe, Latin America
and Asia Pacific

• Collaborate across the organization to identify and drive marketing
opportunities and consumer insights into actionable strategies
• Propose and drive market research for the broader portable power initiative as
well as the individual product segments
• Be the voice of consumer and deliver insights for product development and
commercialization planning
• Develop the brand identity and related positioning and messaging to help the
creative process
• Manage product development process with technology to deliver consumer-led
• Partner with area marketing teams in North America, Latin America, Europe and
Asia Pacific to execute specific marketing plans for each assigned product
• Coordinate and develop marketing and financial plans for product lines
Support the development of brand strategies and marketing plans across the

Skills/Knowledge and Key Competencies
• 4-year degree; minimum 5-8 years brand/trade marketing experience preferred
• Consumer Electronic experience preferred
• Customer facing selling support
• Proven leader with strong strategic and critical thinking skills, strong
decision-making and analytical skills; effective communication and presentation
skills; strong team leadership skills and interpersonal skills; change
management, innovation and courage of conviction

Role in Organization
• Reports to: GM, Specialty Power GBU
• Work closely with Business Development Director, SP
• 20-35% Travel Requirements; will include international travel
• Position is based in Saint Louis, Missouri
• Relocation assistance available
