Job Responsibilities :
Provide consistent customer service
Ensure accurate cash management, including deposits, voids, and daily cash register drawers
Answer a multi-line phone
Execute customer returns and exchanges
Coach the front end staff
Assist the Front End Manager with giving cashiers and baggers their scheduled breaks
Maintain a neat and organized Front End
Cashier and bag when needed
Qualifications :
Outstanding customer service skills
Prior cash handling and supervisory/team lead experience
Strong team orientation
Able to take initiative to complete tasks in a timely manner
Able to adapt to changing conditions
