Serves as Program Analyst for the Command Information Office Support Lines.
Assist in review/analysis of the budget, update budget issues/requirements, and produce status reports.
Coordinate acceptance and issuance of funding documents between the Support Lines and customers/service providers. Review obligations/expenditures and issues and adjustments to meet year-end execution.
Assist with development of requirements, assist with execution documentation, and track funds from different sources to ensure each staff member is supported using the appropriate fund source.
Assist managers in development and tracking of performance metrics;
Research/retrieve the SL financial/performance date for reports and briefings.
Develop issue papers, trend analysis, and management improvement initiatives.
Formulate IT Budget, resource allocation planning and execution, life cycle costing, inventory management, life cycle management planning and approval, and CPIs.
Minimum 2-years’ experience as a Program Analyst, or equivalent (e.g. Management Analyst); Minimum 2-years of experience with a Navy facilities management organization, or equivalent (e.g., Air Force).
Effective use of micro-computers and Micro-soft Office software, along with specialized Navy financial programs to provide good quality deliverables in a timely and responsive manner.
