Under general supervision, provide training to military customers regarding technical aspects of designated tactical communication systems or services. Tasks include stand-up instruction, updating training material as new technology requirements are revised, provide over-the-shoulder training to military personnel, and as needed Field Support Technician duties.

Designated senior instructors will be required to provide remedial instruction/oversight of junior trainers. May be required to participate or lead a mobile training team to remote locations and provide training to USMC customers on designated systems


Requires a Bachelors Degree or equivalent and technical course completion of designated systems with three years of related experience on designated systems or a High School Diploma and 6 years of related experience in a training development environment.

Must be familiar one or more of the following systems: EPLRS, IISR, THHR, BFT, C2PC, AFATDS and fielded tactical communication devices.

Senior instructors will provide remedial instruction to junior trainers where necessary.

May be required to participate in a mobile training team in a remote location and provide training to military customers on designated systems.

Position requires:
  • US Military Training Certification (Basic, Senior or Master) OR CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+).

  • Customer service awareness as well as written and oral communications proficiency.

  • Advanced level experience using Microsoft Office and SharePoint products.

  • Ability to facilitate collaboration in a team environment
