This position is responsible for system test planning, coordination of hardware and software integration, and direction of system test and acceptance on simulation programs.
Draft and review test procedures that will comprehensively evaluate application trainer upgrades or development
Trace test procedures to applicable development requirements in conjunction with the systems engineering team
Monitor and control testing aspects of the program for cost, schedule and technical issues
Participate in testing events
F-16 Pilot experience

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Technical degree desired
8+ years of related experience in use, of simulation training devices and products
Must have experience interfacing with the customer and be able to explain technical concerns
Must have the ability to lead a team of engineers and be self motivated to address, evaluate and if necessary, correct testing concerns
Knowledge of aircraft systems is required
F16 pilot experience preferred
