Responsible for providing friendly, fast, and accurate processing of all types of customer transactions. This role is key in ensuring that no customer is ever left without service or underserved by providing additional solution support to customers. Through partnership with other employees, especially the Multi-Channel Sales Associate this role helps to ensure customers’ end-to-end needs are met.
90% of time will be spent engaging customers while processing customer purchases, including targeted offering of related products and services.
10% of time will be spent as backup for phone and store pick up when scheduling permits and performs other duties as assigned.
3-6 months work experience in Customer Service or Sales
- 16 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of Retail or Customer Service experience
